Please read the Terms & Conditions for Pictures with Santa:

**Eligibility and Participation**

• All children must be accompanied by an adult
• All pets must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
• All pets must be on a leash or in a carrier at all times.
• Pets must be well-behaved and non-aggressive.
• Owners are responsible for their pet's behaviour and any messes they may cause.

**Photo Session**

• Participants should arrive 5 minutes before their scheduled time and be ready at their scheduled time (hats, coats off, etc.)
• Each session will have a designated time slot for their photo session.
• The photographer will take many photos to achieve the best possible result. One photo (the best one in our opinion) will be chosen to be printed and emailed. Two copies of the same photo will be printed on 4″ x 6″ photo paper.
• We do not have time to do more than one session in the 5 minutes with different people.
• We do not have time to process and print more than one chosen photo. We often email a few options.

**Cancellations and Refunds**

We do not offer refunds for cancellations, regardless of the reason (sickness, weather, etc.)

If you wish to reschedule please email info@georgianlifemedia.ca a minimum 48 hours in advance of your booking and we will try to accommodate your request.

There is a $10 rescheduling fee.

**Health and Safety**

• If anyone in the party feels unwell, they should refrain from attending.

**Liability**

• The event organizers are not responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur during the event.
• Participants assume all risks associated with attending the event.

**Conduct**

• Please do not wait around in sight of Santa. For the pet/people having their session with Santa, it is very distracting. Your name will be called, and you can approach Santa at that time only.
• All participants must behave respectfully towards Santa, his helpers, and other attendees.
• Any disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the event without a refund.
