Please read the Terms & Conditions for Pictures with Santa:

**Eligibility and Participation**

• All children must be accompanied by an adult
• All pets must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
• All pets must be on a leash or in a carrier at all times.
• Pets must be well-behaved and non-aggressive.
• Owners are responsible for their pet's behaviour and any messes they may cause.

**Photo Session**

• Each session will have a designated time slot for their photo session.
• The photographer will take many photos to achieve the best possible result. One photo (the best one in our opinion) will be chosen to be printed and emailed/texted.
• Participants should arrive 5 minutes before their scheduled time.
• Please do not wait around in sight of Santa, or the pet/people having their session with Santa, it is very distracting. Your name will be called and you can approach Santa at that time only.
• By participating, you may be asked by event organizers to use the photos for promotional purposes, including social media and marketing materials.

**Cancellations and Refunds**

• We do not offer refunds for cancellations, regardless of the reason.
• If you wish to reschedule please email info@georgianlifemedia.ca a minimum 48 hours in advance of hour booking and we will try to accommodate your request. 

**Health and Safety**

• If anyone in the party feels unwell, they should refrain from attending.

**Liability**

• The event organizers are not responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur during the event.
• Participants assume all risks associated with attending the event.

**Conduct**

• All participants must behave respectfully towards Santa, his helpers, and other attendees.
• Any disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the event without a refund.
